The Background: Continuum is a full service digital media agency based in Dublin. The company works with some of Ireland’s biggest brands, including Tesco Mobile, Carphone Warehouse and Prepay Power ,Continuum help them to connect with their customers by creating and delivering innovative digital communications and technology with scientific precision. They provide their customers with rich and compelling digital products using the right blend of scientific strategy, creativity, and technology.
The Challenge: As you would expect from a company working in the digital space, Continuum have a high level of dependency on its various technologies. As a result theyneeded a single partner to ensure consistent availability of best-in-class technology. Also, as both Continuum’s client and staff bases grew, it became evident that the need for additional capacity had to be addressed.
Our involvement: NTES has been involved with Continuum for over a decade, working as their outsourced IT partner and supplying their complete range of hardware and software requirements. Recently, the client approached us with the challenge of replacing all of their servers. We completely modernised their internal network, delivering a virtual server solution that will see the company future-proofed against any further capacity demands. We are also responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the new network.
The Outcome: Continuum now boasts a state-of-the-art network, following virtualisation of its servers, and is protected against any technological capacity issues as the company continues to grow. In addition, Continuum has the peace of mind of being just a phone call away from first-class reliable tech advice or assistance on a 24/7/365 basis.
“The relationship we have built with NTES over the past decade is one of absolute trust. Without doubt, we see them as a partner rather than a supplier, and they go to extreme lengths to react quickly and efficiently in response to any technological issues we may have, whether in connection with strategic expansion or simply ‘fire fighting’ the inevitable tech issues that arise from time to time.”
Mark Costello, Continuum.
